2. HOW TO ENTER:
A) Submit your email address to recieve Author Source’s  Tips & Tricks, Events & Offers Newsletter and be automatically entered to win.
Any entry information collected from the Contest shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of entry.

3.  WINNER SELECTION:  
A) Winner will be randommly selected from list of eligible entries.   

B) Winner will be notified by email and requested to return a valid mailing address within 14 days of notification.  If no response is received within alotted time, an alternate winner will be selected.

4. INDEMNIFICATION BY PARTICIPANTS:
By entering the Contest, each Entrant:

A. Releases and holds harmless Author Source and administrators and their respective directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this Contest, or participating in any prize-related activity; and

B. Agrees to fully indemnify Author Source and administrators and their respective directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors and agents from any and all claims by third parties without limitation.

By entering this Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules. Entrants further agree to be bound by the results of the Contest which shall be final and binding in all respects. Author Source reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be:

(a) Tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Contest website;
