Want a Corporate Sponsor? Think Social Responsibility

 Happy Fourth of July to all of our American Friends! I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday weekend.  

It is a great thing to see that a lot more of us in society today taking responsibility and being active when it comes to the environment and other aspects of living. We also see a lot of corporations stepping up to the plate as well when it comes to social responsibility, creating programs for under privileged kids or those who are meeting challenges in their life.

To increase your chances of attaining corporate partnership, we always try to find our clients an angle where we can create an aspect of social responsibility to their project.

Why? Besides the fact that it is right thing to do in today’s challenging surroundings, it is a huge plus in the attraction factor for any corporate partner to be involved in some form of giving back to the community or for a cause.

Cause marketing as it is known in marketing circles is a legitimate brand strategy that is used by many companies to associate good will with a brand. The next time you are thinking about an event or a campaign, try to look at it from the point of view of how you can integrate a give back opportunity into your program.

When you pitch your program to a corporate partner make sure that you give this opportunity prominence in your presentation and play to its strengths and emphasize it. You will increase your chances of a corporate partner considering your program when have done so.
